Job description

Scope: 

We are seeking skilled Electrical Maintenance or Multicraft Technicians to support night-shift manufacturing operations in a manufacturing production environment. This role is critical to minimizing equipment downtime, maintaining safe and efficient plant operations, and supporting continuous production. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on industrial maintenance experience across mechanical and electrical systems, with exposure to manufacturing processes. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime

  • Support manufacturing operations by responding promptly to equipment failures during production

  • Diagnose root causes of equipment issues and recommend corrective actions

  • Assist with installation, modification, and commissioning of equipment and tooling

  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and spare parts usage

  • Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout requirements, and plant policies

  • Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and uptime

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and safety

Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment

  • Strong multicraft OR electrical troubleshooting skills

  • PLC troubleshooting experience

  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, manuals, and technical documentation

  • Comfortable working independently on night shift with minimal supervision
