Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Maintenance & Grounds Associate to help keep our property clean, safe, and well-maintained. This role combines outdoor grounds work, routine janitorial tasks, and minor building maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine grounds maintenance, including lawn mowing, trimming, debris removal, and trash collection.
  • Complete janitorial duties such as cleaning restrooms, sweeping common areas, emptying trash, and addressing spills promptly.
  • Conduct minor building repairs, including painting, light carpentry, changing bulbs, and adjusting plumbing/heating fixtures.
  • Maintain and operate equipment safely, performing preventative maintenance on mowers, blowers, and hand tools.
  • Inspect HVAC filters, lighting, drains, and other areas; report hazards or maintenance needs.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in grounds keeping, janitorial work, or basic building maintenance preferred.
  • Ability to operate maintenance equipment safely and follow instructions.
