Job Summary

The Preventative Maintenance Associate helps keep greenhouse equipment and buildings running safely and smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Follow the preventative maintenance schedule.
  • Inspect equipment and machines for wear or damage.
  • Complete basic repairs and replace worn parts.
  • Check and top up fluid levels.
  • Report major repairs to the Maintenance Manager.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized.
  • Help move and assemble equipment.
  • Perform basic building and grounds maintenance.
  • Follow all health and safety rules.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Maintenance experience is an asset.
  • Able to use basic hand tools.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
