30 Hours Per Week
Join the Grocery Basket meat department as a Meat Market Closer & Merchandising Apprentice - a hands on role for someone who's ready to learn, stay organized, and keep things looking sharp
You will be the final set of eyes on the case each day making sure every cut is wrapped, fronted, and merchandised beautifully.
This is a great role for a quick learner who thrives in a clean, cool environment and wants a path to grow into meat preparation or cutting.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
~Wrap, label, and organize fresh meat products
~“Close the case” with a clean, fronted, and visually appealing presentation
~Learn product codes and meat department procedures quickly
~Maintain a sanitary workspace and follow all food safety practices
~Restock and rotate inventory throughout your shift
~Help unload meat shipments and run racks as needed
~Assist customers and provide excellent service when asked
~Learn from seasoned team members, with the potential to move into meat cutting
Qualifications/Requirements:
~Must be 18 years old or older
~Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and a fast learner
~Closed-toed shoes required
~Comfortable working in a cool environment
