• 3+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
• Ability to diagnose common plumbing problems and determine proper repairs
• Ability to complete routine installations and service work with minimal direction

Preferred qualifications:

• Massachusetts apprentice registration and 4 or more years of residential or service plumbing experience

Strong candidates can confidently troubleshoot plumbing systems, install and repair piping and fixtures, communicate professionally with customers, organize their workload independently, and understand when assistance or authorization from a licensed plumber is required.

THE VITAL ROLE YOU HAVE

As our Experienced Apprentice Plumber, you start each day ready to tackle a variety of residential plumbing projects, working alongside lead plumbers to help customers solve problems and improve their homes. You assist with installations, maintenance, and repairs while diagnosing common plumbing issues and completing assigned work accurately and efficiently. Throughout the day, you install and repair piping, fixtures, water heaters, drains, and related plumbing systems, ensuring every project meets company standards and plumbing codes.
