Job description

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist journeyman plumbers with the installation of commercial plumbing systems, including piping, fixtures, and equipment

  • Help measure, cut, and assemble piping materials according to project specifications

  • Support the installation of water supply, drainage, and venting systems

  • Learn to read and interpret construction drawings and plumbing layouts

  • Maintain tools, materials, and work areas to ensure safe and efficient job sites

  • Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines at all times

  • Assist with loading, transporting, and organizing materials on job sites

  • Participate in hands-on training and skill development in the field

Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a plumbing apprenticeship program or trade school (required)

  • Interest in building a long-term career in the plumbing trade

  • Ability to work in a team-oriented construction environment

  • Strong willingness to learn and follow directions from experienced plumbers and supervisors

  • Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
