Groove Subaru is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Technician (Mainline Technician) to join our growing Service Department. Pay: $27.00 - $42.00 Flat Rate (Based on Experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
  • Perform engine, transmission, suspension, steering, brake, and HVAC repairs.
  • Complete manufacturer-recommended maintenance services.
  • Perform accurate diagnostics using Subaru diagnostic equipment and repair procedures.
  • Maintain detailed repair orders and documentation.
  • Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections.
  • Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
  • Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies.
  • Collaborate with Service Advisors and fellow technicians to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

  • Previous automotive technician experience required.
