  • A minimum of ten years working as a CICS Systems Programmer \/ Engineer
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Knowledge of all CICS parameters that control performance in a CICSPlex environment.
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Knowledge of SMP\/E, software upgrade and maintenance
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Must have CPSM expereince
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • In depth knowledge of CICS SMF record structure and the CICS Performance Analyzer tool to gather statistics for tuning CICS regions
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Experience with CICSPlex  SM implementation & customization, dynamic transaction routing, etc.
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Ability to perform problem determination, dump analysis and performance tuning
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Experienced with the CICS monitoring tools Sysview
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Knowledge of Cobol to support application developers
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Experience with Mainframe WebSphere MQ
