Qualifications
Basic
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also onsider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology and experience with Mainframe Technologies.


5+ years experience in Mainframe development, specifically, COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, Native Stored Procedures
Development & design knowledge of DB2 database including Data Modeling
Good exposure to Native Cobol Stored Procedures
Ability to detect / anticipate performance issues and address them
Ability to work in cross-functional and with multi-location teams
Experience in working with offshore / remote teams
Ability to take on tasks independently and see them to completion
Ability to work on a multi tasking environment within a strict timeline.
Documentation experience that demonstrates the ability to clearly articulate technical designs, process and workflow.
Must have good written and communication skills.
