Job Summary:
Info Way Solutions is seeking a Senior Mainframe Developer to facilitate the transfer of applications from mainframe to cloud environments. The role involves optimizing mainframe applications, analyzing migration requirements, and providing technical leadership for application delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Transformation of applications from Mainframe to Distributed Platform
• Optimize Mainframe applications, by extending Mainframe application as a service
• Analyze and understand application migration requirements
• Design suitable target architecture for legacy applications on distributed platform (Public / Private Cloud)
• Assess legacy application functionality from migration perspective and design
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to both customer and project team
• Work in tandem with customer architecture team, co-ordinate/collaborate with customer, team and project management for application delivery
• Identifying suitable tools for application migration
• Mentor team members, provide solutions for technical bottlenecks/issues arising in project
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues. Identify and mitigate risks on project

• Senior mainframe expert who can do transfer from mainframe to cloud
