Job description

Job Summary:
InterSources Inc. is a Small, Woman, and Minority-Owned Business Enterprise with over 18 years of experience in IT Consulting Services. They are seeking an Application Developer II to analyze and modernize legacy applications, develop RESTful APIs, and support enterprise systems.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze and reverse engineer CA Plex models and generated code (C++, Java, .NET)
• Translate legacy business logic into modern .NET (C#) applications
• Design and develop RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations
• Modernize data access using SQL Server, T-SQL, Entity Framework, and Dapper
• Maintain and enhance enterprise applications and legacy systems
• Develop and support applications tied to data warehouse environments
• Build and maintain Power BI reports using DAX
• Implement secure integrations with external agencies (SLED, DMV, etc.)
• Follow Azure DevOps / CI-CD practices and coding standards
• Support phased migration strategies (Strangler pattern, parallel run)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders (judges, clerks, IT teams)
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3+ years of experience in Application Development
• 3+ years of experience with SQL Server / T-SQL
• 3+ years of experience working with legacy or enterprise systems
• 3+ years of experience in debugging and troubleshooting applications
• Strong experience with .NET / C# development
• Experience with API development and system integrations
Preferred:
• Experience in government or judicial systems (South Carolina preferred)
• Experience with CA Plex or similar 4GL/model-driven tools
• Experience with generated languages (C++, Java, .NET from Plex)
• Knowledge of batch processing and transactional systems
• Experience with data warehousing environments
• Understanding of case lifecycle (filed, pending, disposed)
• Familiarity with court performance metrics (backlog, clearance rates)
