What are some common challenges faced by Mainframe Developers, and how can they be addressed?

Mainframe Developers often encounter challenges such as working with legacy code, integrating mainframe systems with modern technologies, and ensuring system reliability. Addressing these issues typically involves continuous learning to keep up with both mainframe and newer technologies, strong documentation skills to understand existing codebases, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. Many organizations also encourage mentorship and knowledge-sharing among team members to reduce knowledge silos and improve problem-solving.
