Job description

Main Street Music has two locations in South Jersey. Our Mullica Hill location is 244 N Main St., Mullica Hill, NJ and our Sewell location is 508 Hurffville Crosskeys Rd., Sewell, NJ. We are looking for new piano teachers. A college degree in music is preferred but not required. Prior teaching experience or performance experience is required. Teacher benefits include the following.
Schedules are consolidated to minimize breaks in between lessons whenever possible.
We have comprehensive studio policies that ensure schedule/income stability for our teachers.
We use paid advertising to help keep teachers' schedules full year-round.
Dedicated administrative staff work Monday through Saturday and handle all administrative duties including scheduling, billing, signing up new students, etc.
Paid sick leave provided.
20% off employee discount for employees and immediate family members who take lessons here.
The studio average teacher rate of pay is $42/hour. Teachers are paid per lesson a unique rate based on the lesson length.
Teachers are paid regardless of student cancellations.
All employees are eligible to participate in a 401k program.
