Job Description:
At Main Event, our Brand Ambassadors play an important role because they are the first and last person the Guest sees on every visit! As a Brand Ambassador, you assist in helping our Guests tailor their FUN experience by advising and answering questions on various activities and directing them to their activities! You're also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?
  • Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
  • Welcoming and greeting all Guests, all while being an ambassador of FUN! (First impressions are everything!)
  • Communicating to the team who is a first-time Guest
  • Answering Guest's questions on various activities and directions
  • Managing the guest experience by keeping communication clear on wait times for games, food and other activities
  • Escorting Guests to various activities, explaining safety rules, and assisting with table maintenance (you got this!)
  • Thanking our Guests for coming and welcoming them back
  • Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • Prior food and beverage experience a plus, but not required
  • Guest focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)
  • Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)
  • Food Handlers Certification, as required
  • Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
  • Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends
