With a team of over 1,500 nationwide associates, TMG is seeking an individual who can uniquely contribute to our 30+ years of success in the industry."The Site Lead is responsible for overseeing on-site operations; productivity, and quality standards are met. This role acts as the primary point of contact at the site, coordinating staff, resources, and communication between teams and upper management.Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure work is completed efficiently and on scheduleSupervise, train, and support teamEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresCoordinate with leadership and on-site client contacts.
