Job description

Our success depends on people who are dependable, performance-focused and take pride in meeting production goals. Production is completed in-house using modern high-speed print and mail manufacturing equipment. Our facilities are clean, well-lit, and temperature controlled.

Location: 605 Territorial Dr Bolingbrook, IL 60440
Work Hours: 9am - 5pm, with expected additional hours including weekends mandatory.
Pay: Starting at $18.00, per hour based on experience and skills
What we are looking for:
The Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of printed mail materials to designated locations. This role plays a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining delivery schedules.
What you'll be doing:
  • Safely operate company vehicles to deliver materials to clients and distribution centers
  • Load and unload mail, print materials, and packaged goods
  • Verify delivery accuracy using manifests & work orders
  • Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules
  • Communicate delays, issues, or discrepancies to supervisors
  • Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of delivery vehicles
  • Ensure all deliveries meet company quality and timeliness standards
  • Assist with warehouse tasks as needed when not on delivery routes

Who you are:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Previous delivery or driving experience preferred C class a plus
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable lifting and moving materials up to 50 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic communication and problem-solving skills
  • English fluency required; bilingual Spanish preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)

Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Work Environment: Position operates in a regulated manufacturing print/mail production facility
Physical Demands:
  • Stand and walk for up to 12 hours, with frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching
  • Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
  • Perform repetitive motions in a fast-paced production environment
