The Employee Performs administrative duties for executive management. Responsibilities may include screening calls; managing calendars; making travel, meeting and event arrangements; preparing reports and financial data; training and supervising other support staff; and customer relations. Requires strong computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. Sensitivity to confidential matters may be required.

1. Must be at least eighteen(18) years of age*

1. Leads Operations Excellence:
• Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information. Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages.
• Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.
• Complete and mail bills, contracts, policies, invoices, or checks.
• Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers.
• Compute, record, and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports.
• Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer.
• Open, sort and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail.
