House Cleaner / Cleaning Team Leader — Starting at $18/hour + $500 Retention Bonus

Full-time • Monday–Friday • No nights or weekends

No professional cleaning experience? We provide paid, hands-on training and everything you need to do the job. You bring a willingness to learn, attention to detail and a dependable approach to work.

What we offer

  • Starting pay of $18.00 per hour.

What you’ll do

Work alongside your team to clean residential homes, including dusting, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, using a backpack vacuum, and cleaning floors. Some tasks involve bending, kneeling and cleaning floors on your hands and knees.

You’ll follow our cleaning methods, take care of company equipment and help your team deliver consistent service.
