MagTech is currently hiring a Warehouse Associate Temp in Warren, MI. Please apply below if you are interested and meet the qualifications below!
Warehouse Associate
Pay: $20
Hours: 730am-430pm- Overtime as needed, average of 45 hours a week.
Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. Responsibilities of this role include storing materials, picking, packing, and scanning orders. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Essential Functions

  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
  • Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
  • Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
  • Report any discrepancies.
  • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
  • Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment.
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Job Requirements:
  • Previous working experience as a Warehouse Worker
  • Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Forklift experience is a plus but no required

Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-year experience
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
  • Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, and crawl into awkward spaces.
