We’re on the lookout for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is not just clinically excellent, but also values collaboration, mentorship, and a warm, supportive work environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans (BIPs).

  • Oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.

  • Provide supervision and training to RBTs (15–20% of their hours).

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.

  • Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on data and progress.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team consultations.

  • Contribute to a positive, solution oriented team culture.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.

  • GA LBA license (or ability to obtain within 30 days).

  • Strong foundation in ABA principles and clinical implementation.

  • Experience with behavioral assessments and data analysis.

  • Skilled communicator with a team-focused mindset.

  • Familiarity with HIPAA and clinical documentation standards.

  • Passion for helping children and families live their best lives.
