Inbound and Outbound Sales Representative at eMerchantClub

What are we looking for?

eMerchantClub is seeking an outgoing, positive, and supportive Inbound and Outbound Sales Representative to join our team in our Phoenix office! An ideal agent has a fantastic attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, and willingness to learn. This position offers you the ability to write your own paycheck and includes an hourly pay, plus commission, plus contests, making total earnings $42,000 a year at plan. When you exceed, you can celebrate with our top agents earning $55,000.

The ideal eMerchantClub Inbound and Outbound Sales Representative is passionate, outgoing, and exceptional at sales and helping new sell online.. You will need to be comfortable calling on potential clients that have requested information about running an online business. Being able to multitask between incoming and outgoing calls simultaneously while answering questions with the goal of closing website and membership products is essential.

The right person for this role will have the ability to understand and identify client needs. Your enthusiasm for creating new opportunities will shine through the phone when calling clients. You are competitive, ambitious, and persistent—in other words, you know how to close the deal. We are looking for someone dedicated to success and willing to help customers start and grow their online businesses.

The Position

  • Adjust to Inbound and Outbound Sales calls through our automatic dialer and direct calls.
  • Great communication skills to walk new clients through getting started in online marketing.
  • Meet and exceed all revenue goals and targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Attendance is key; your monetary success depends on your being at work daily!
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations over the phone that highlight eMerchantClub's competitive advantages and superior marketing ROI for prospects/clients.
  • Stay updated on industry news, competition, and consumer trends.

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of job experience with preference given to candidates with phone or prior selling experience.
  • Experience/interest in web marketing.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Competitive with a strong desire to win.
  • Ability to learn, listen, and quickly pick up on training and product knowledge.
  • Open to coaching and ongoing education of products.
  • Excellent phone skills with the ability to clearly articulate compelling value propositions for eMerchantClub’s online opportunity.
