• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to client needs.
• Maintain compliance with all state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring your state and federal clearances are up to date.
• Utilize Electronic Healthcare Record (EHR) systems to document patient progress, treatment plans, and interactions efficiently while adhering to best practices in record-keeping.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create comprehensive treatment plans that address the psychological, emotional, and social needs of clients.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training and workshops to stay abreast of the latest mental health strategies.
• Conduct regular assessments to evaluate client progress and modify treatment strategies accordingly.
• Actively participate in team meetings, supervisions, and case discussions to enhance clinical expertise and improve team dynamics.

Your primary focus will be on serving a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. You will tailor your therapeutic approach to meet the unique cultural and personal contexts of each client, ensuring that treatment is both effective and respectful of their background.

• A Master’s Degree in Behavioral Sciences with active licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques.
• Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office tools and EHR systems for effective case management and documentation.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate with team members effectively.
• Deep understanding of various mental health disorders and the corresponding treatment modalities necessary for effective intervention.

• Experience working in an outpatient setting, particularly with diverse populations.
• Background in integrating family systems into therapeutic practices.
• Familiarity with outcome measurement tools to assess client progress and treatment efficacy.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 120,000 and 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, we provide:
