Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in workers' compensation proceedings
  • Conduct legal research, analyze complex issues, and draft legal documents
  • Attend hearings and depositions
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
  • Effectively manage time and follow Firm procedures
  • Collaborate with all levels both internal and external
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
  • Active membership in the California State Bar
  • Ability to identify and analyze complex legal issues and devise solutions
  • Proactive, client-centered, and tech-savvy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Superior organizational, multi-task, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Physical Requirements:
