Job description

Regal Staffing Services is now hiring an experienced CNC Machinist for a manufacturing warehouse in the Dallas 75247 area. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating HAAS CNC machines, performing machine setups and tool changes, making tool offset adjustments, and inspecting parts using precision measuring equipment.

Shift
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:45 PM, Monday–Friday 
Some Saturdays may be required.
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:45 PM, Monday–Friday 
Some Saturdays may be required.

Pay Rate: $22–$33/hour based on experience, plus shift differential for 2nd shift.

Responsibilities
  •       Operate HAAS CNC machining centers safely and efficiently.
  •       Perform machine setups, tool changes, and basic troubleshooting.
  •       Perform setup and changeovers as required for different part numbers.
  •       Make tool offset adjustments as needed to maintain part quality.
  •       Perform fixture and workholding setup to ensure proper and secure part             positioning.
  •       Make program adjustments, including adjustments involving G-code and M- code.
  •       Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
  •       Inspect finished and in-process parts using precision measuring tools.
  •       Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) to verify parts meet drawing and quality requirements.
  •       Maintain tight tolerances and meet established quality requirements.
  •       Troubleshoot machining issues and make appropriate adjustments to maintain production and quality standards.
  •       Perform basic mathematical calculations related to machining.
  •       Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures.
  •       Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  •       Work independently while meeting production schedules and quality standards.
  •       Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and other inspection tools.

  •       CNC machining experience.
  •       Ability to operate HAAS CNC machining centers.
  •       Ability to perform machine setups and tool changes.
