We're looking for an experienced Fixture Builder with Bridgeport and WorkNC experience to join a growing manufacturing team where craftsmanship, precision, and innovation matter.

What you'll be doing:
  • Build, assemble, modify, and repair fixtures, tooling, and manufacturing components to support production operations
  • Operate Bridgeport mills and other manual machine shop equipment to fabricate fixture components
  • Utilize WorkNC software to review programs and assist in fixture development processes
  • Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to ensure fixtures are built accurately
  • Perform fixture adjustments, troubleshooting, and repairs as needed
  • Measure and inspect completed work using precision measuring instruments
  • Collaborate with programmers, machinists, and engineering teams to improve tooling efficiency and functionality
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to company safety standards
What we're looking for:
  • Previous experience as a Fixture Builder, Toolmaker, or in a related machining role
  • Hands-on experience operating a Bridgeport mill
  • Working knowledge of WorkNC software
  • Automotive, Defense or Aerospace experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings
  • Strong understanding of manual machining practices and fixture construction techniques
  • Experience using precision measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and indicators
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
