Bothe Associates Inc. is a family-owned machine shop with 75 years of history in the Kenosha area. Weโ€™re currently looking for a SKILLED LATHE CNC MACHINIST on our 2nd shift team. This opportunity offers a 4-day workweek (Mon - Thur) and $3/hr. shift premium.


The ideal fit for this role will come with:

  • 5+ years in CNC Lathe Machining experience with Live Tooling in a job shop environment
  • No setup experience needed
  • Experience programming Lathes and reading programs
  • Own their own basic hand tools
  • Ability to make edits, offsets, and perform tool changes
  • Expert level knowledge of G-Code and ability to read blueprints
