Holland Sharpe is hiring Production Associates and Machine Operators to join our growing manufacturing team.

If you are reliable, hardworking, and want a long-term career, we provide paid training and opportunities to advance. This role is a great fit for candidates coming from manufacturing, production, warehouse, construction, mechanical, or hands-on backgrounds.

Pay & Schedule

  • Starting pay: $21.50 โ€“ $23.00 per hour
  • 12-hour shifts (2-2-3)
  • Work only 15 days per month
  • Day and night shifts available
  • Opportunities for overtime

Responsibilities:

  • Operate automated manufacturing and production equipment
  • Set up and calibrate machines for production
  • Monitor machines to ensure quality standards
  • Inspect finished components for quality assurance
  • Troubleshoot minor production or equipment issues
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Follow safety procedures and 5S standards
