In this role, you will contribute to the development and implementation of innovative manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness for our cutting-edge healthcare products. This co-op position offers hands-on experience in a dynamic, high-tech environment.Job Description
  • Assist in the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes for medical devices and components.
  • Support the implementation of new equipment, tooling, and automation solutions on the production floor.
  • Conduct process capability studies, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement in manufacturing yields and quality.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities related to manufacturing issues.
  • Contribute to the creation and revision of manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, and Production, to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform time studies and lean manufacturing analyses to identify and eliminate waste in production processes.
  • Assist in the evaluation and selection of new manufacturing technologies and materials.
