Job description

This position requires learning and executing our Oil maintenance calendar, including filtering oil, changing filters, rotating machines, performing simple maintenance as needed and keeping machines perfectly cleaned, prepared and in peak working condition. Also, will lead others in maintaining a high level of care with cooking equipment. Training will be provided.

Must be able to follow a schedule, be reliable and be somewhat mechanically inclined.
