Job description

Job Description:
  • Without direct supervision, provide for the Installation, assembly and repair of equipment, piping and structures related to the building.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance and service.
  • Be skilled with a variety of power and hand tools to perform job functions.
  • Understand instructions and complete repairs and part replacements to the satisfaction of the customer in a timely manner.
  • Work effectively with the customer and other team members.
  • Submit daily work reports and maintain a written record of the work performed.
  • Machine trouble shooting.
  • Injection molding.
  • Good hydraulic and electrical trouble shooting skills โ€“ must be SKILLED.
  • Good blueprint skills.
  • Mechanically sound.

Qualifications:
  • 2 years experience in machinery and/or building maintenance.
  • Demonstrate competency in one or more of the following trades:
    • Structural steel welding.
    • Pipefitting and plumbing.
    • Millwright and machinery rigging.
  • Ability to calculate basic mathematical problems.
  • Ability to walk, stand, and lift for an extended period of time.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Pass periodic observed drug screening.
  • Pass a criminal background check.
