Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Packaging Machine Operator to join their team. As a Packaging Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a team-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Packaging Machine Operator

Location: Rochester, MN

Pay Range: $22.25

Shift: Day shift, rotating 12 hr

What's the Job?

  • Safely set-up and operate equipment to optimize machine capability and product output.
  • Apply knowledge and skill to troubleshoot and address routine equipment malfunctions.
  • Check for defects or malfunctions that may affect product quality.
  • Follow safety policies, wear appropriate personal protective equipment, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation as required, and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or a similar role.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of machinery and equipment.
