Manufacturing Machine Operator

Have 6 or more months of manufacturing experience and want to grow your machine operation and production skills? This Manufacturing Machine Operator opportunity in Franksville, WI could be a great fit for you.

This company manufactures packaging materials for food companies across the United States. They offer a supportive team environment, hands-on training and the opportunity for long-term employment.

In this temp-to-hire Manufacturing Machine Operator role, you’ll learn how to operate packaging and production machines. You’ll start by loading and unloading raw cardboard, performing quality checks and printing labels. As you gain experience, you’ll cross-train on additional machine operation functions. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to build a career in manufacturing.

Manufacturing Machine Operator Duties:
  • Load and unload raw cardboard onto packaging machines
  • Perform quality checks on finished packaging products
  • Print labels for finished products
  • Cross-train and learn all machine operation functions

Schedule:
  • Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
  • Night Shift: Monday-Friday, 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.
  • Night Shift employees must train on Day Shift

Pay: $18-$21 per hour

Manufacturing Machine Operator Requirements:
  • 6 or more months of manufacturing experience
  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
