HIRING IMMEDIATELY: MACHINE OPERATOR IN CAROL STREAM, IL
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Machine Operator in the Trim Department to join our team in Carol Stream, IL. This individual will be responsible for operating beveler machinery, supporting trim department production operations, and ensuring quality and efficiency standards are met in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess prior machining or advanced machine operation experience, strong communication skills, and bilingual Spanish/English abilities to support training and daily operations. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $18.50/hour
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • Training Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Training period approximately 3–4 weeks
  • After Training: 3rd Shift, Monday – Thursday, 7:30 PM – 6:00 AM
  • Pay after transfer to 3rd shift:
  • $18.50/hour plus 20% shift premium
  • Located in Carol Stream, IL

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Operate beveler machinery within the Trim Department
  • Monitor machine performance and maintain production quality standards
