About the Company

AUBO Robotics is a global provider of collaborative robot solutions, dedicated to helping customers improve automation efficiency through safe, flexible, and intelligent robotic technologies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute AUBO’s business strategy, sales plan, and annual revenue objectives across North and South America.
  • Identify and develop strategic customers in automotive, electronics, metalworking, machinery, logistics, and general manufacturing.
  • Build and manage a strong regional sales pipeline and lead opportunities from initial qualification through commercial negotiation and project execution.
  • Develop and manage distributors, system integrators, technology partners, and key end-user accounts throughout the Americas.
  • Lead strategic account negotiations, channel agreements, pricing discussions, and long-term partnership development.
  • Evaluate customer requirements and coordinate with sales, FAE, product, engineering, marketing, and headquarters teams to support project delivery.
  • Recruit, build, and manage the regional organization, including sales, FAE, after-sales, and other essential positions as the business grows.
  • Establish scalable processes for sales management, customer follow-up, channel development, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Represent AUBO at regional exhibitions, industry events, customer meetings, and partner activities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, customer feedback, and emerging automation applications to support regional strategy and product planning.
  • Provide regular business forecasts, market updates, and performance reports to AUBO’s headquarters.


Required Qualifications

  • Currently based in the United States and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • At least eight years of professional experience in robotics, industrial automation, smart manufacturing, motion control, machine vision, or related industrial equipment sectors.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, channel management, or regional business leadership.
  • A demonstrated record of revenue growth, strategic account development, channel expansion, or successful automation project execution.
  • Strong knowledge of the industrial automation market, customer procurement processes, system integrator ecosystem, and channel business models in the Americas.
  • Sufficient technical and application knowledge to discuss robot selection, automation applications, system integration requirements, and project feasibility with customers and partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, build, and lead commercial and technical teams.
  • Native or near-native Mandarin Chinese proficiency, with the ability to manage complex business, technical, and organizational communication with AUBO’s headquarters in China.
  • Executive-level English proficiency, including the ability to independently lead customer negotiations, presentations, contractual discussions, formal written communication, and team management.
  • Strong understanding of Chinese and American business cultures, with excellent cross-cultural communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • An entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset and the ability to operate independently in a developing regional organization.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across North and South America and, when required, to China and other international markets.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience with collaborative robots, industrial robots, or robotic automation solutions.
  • An established network of end users, distributors, system integrators, and automation partners in the Americas.
  • Experience leading a regional business, overseas subsidiary, or new-market expansion.
  • Previous technical sales, application engineering, or automation solution development experience.
  • A degree in engineering, automation, robotics, mechatronics, business, or a related field.
  • Experience coordinating operations between a China-based headquarters and overseas markets.
  • Professional proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.


Compensation

A competitive compensation package, including base salary and performance-based incentives, will be offered. Specific compensation will be discussed during the interview process and determined based on the candidate’s industry experience, leadership capabilities, and record of commercial achievement, in accordance with applicable pay-transparency requirements.
