Want to be a CNC Machinist?
As a CNC Machinist, you will play a crucial role in operations by setting up and operating CNC machines, particularly focusing on waterjet technology. You will work on producing high-precision parts for the aerospace industry, ensuring that all components meet stringent quality standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will directly contribute to The company's reputation for excellence.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Setting up and operating CNC machines with a strong emphasis on waterjet technology to manufacture aircraft parts and other components.
  • Inspecting and measuring finished parts using precision instruments to ensure adherence to specifications and tolerances.
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machine settings and tooling requirements.
  • Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Working closely with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Minimum requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 5 (five) or more years of experience setting up and operating 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machines.
  • Strong understanding of CNC machine operations, blueprint reading, and quality control procedures.
  • Exceptional precision and accuracy in producing high-quality parts.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machines and production processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
