Sewing Machine Operator

Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: 1st Shift | MondayFriday

Job Summary

We are hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Sewing Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate industrial sewing machines to assemble, stitch, and finish products according to customer specifications while maintaining high quality and production standards. The ideal candidate has experience with industrial sewing equipment, excellent attention to detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Previous experience is preferred, but candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Operate industrial sewing machines to sew, stitch, and assemble materials according to work orders and production specifications.
  • Read and interpret shop orders, sewing instructions, and patterns.
  • Select the appropriate thread, needles, and stitch settings for each job.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Maintain production goals while producing accurate, high-quality work.
  • Perform basic machine adjustments and routine preventative maintenance.
