A machine job shop has immediate openings available for CNC SET UP PERSON, MACHINE OPERATORS, Tool Makers, Press Set up, Machinist, Programmers, Shop Floor Planners, Set-up, and Operators in our CNC and Manual departments for 1st ,2nd, and 3rd shifts. We seek experienced individuals to setup and operate the following CNC Lathes, CNC Mills, WaterJet, Laser, Swiss Screw Machines and Wire EDM equipment. Programming and manufacturing experience REQ “D (WE WILL NOT TRAIN YOU, ONLY PERSONS WITH EXPERIENCE PLEASE APPLY) Candidates must work independently and have 3 + years’ experience. We use late model equipment from Mori Seiki, Fadal, Star, Flow, Amada and Mitsubishi.
 
Our facility is ISO 9001:2000/ AS 9100, The shop is temperature controlled (winter and summer). Requirements:
 
Metal working experience
 
Auto CAD/CAM experience is a must for programmers.
 
The ability to operate a CNC machining center for operator employment.
 
The ability to fix minor machine hardware and software problems for set up persons if required.
 
The ability to foresee problems before they occur and correct them at the programming phase.
 
The ability to think out of the box, while being able to take direct instruction.
 
The know-how to read, examine, and understand blueprints.
 
The ability to draft and correct if and when needed for programmers
 
Work overtime and Saturdays as needed.
 
The ability to occasionally direct people.
 
The ability to bring new ideas to our company
