Brown Jig Grinding Co. is seeking an experienced Lead CNC Machinist / Shop Foreman to oversee daily shop operations while actively programming, setting up, and operating Haas CNC mills. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for keeping jobs moving, maintaining quality, meeting delivery schedules, and leading shop personnel.

Brown Jig / BJG Manufacturing Solutions is a precision machine shop specializing in high-tolerance CNC and manual machining. We support a wide range of industries with CNC milling (including multi-axis Haas machines), CNC jig grinding, wire EDM, surface grinding, and OD/ID grinding capable of extremely tight tolerances.
Our team is supported by in-house engineering using Mastercam CAD/CAM, full inspection capabilities including CMM verification, and both toolroom and production machining support. We take pride in delivering high-quality, precision components in a clean, climate-controlled environment with modern equipment and a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
