We need a Community Manager (Spanish Speaking) for TikTok Shop to execute creator-led campaigns at scale within the TikTok Shop ecosystem. This role focuses on managing campaign budgets, sourcing and engaging creators through data-driven outreach, and optimizing campaign performance through strong operational execution and analytics. This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid/flexible schedule based in Lehi, Utah or Los Angeles, CA.
What is a day in the life of a Community Manager (Spanish Speaking)?
  • Execute creator acquisition through mass outreach using internal tools and data-driven strategies

  • Build and grow invite only creator groups on Lark, Discord and offline.

  • Manage campaign budgets allocated by Account Managers and support budget allocation across multiple campaigns

  • Identify, source, and engage creators for TikTok Shop campaigns using internal creator data platforms

  • Coordinate with internal teams to align campaign execution, including Account Managers and Creator Management

  • Track and analyze campaign performance, then adjust strategy based on performance insights

  • Support large-scale campaign launches and major campaign moments such as product launches and brand days

  • Occasionally participate in client or brand meetings to gather requirements and support campaign alignment

What will I need to thrive in this role?
  • Fluent in Spanish 

  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop or the creator economy; TikTok Shop experience is strongly preferred

  • Strong analytical thinking and willingness to deep dive into data and performance

  • Project management capability and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

  • Curiosity, strong learning agility, and an operational mindset

  • Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce operations, creator campaigns, BI/reporting, or dashboard creation is preferred

You will also be mentored by the team and meet with them on a regular basis to discuss your performance. This team is data driven and results oriented.
