Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting plant operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to maintenance management, which will align successfully in the organization.  This is a Direct Hire opportunity with benefits.

Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Hanover, PA
Pay Range: $30-$34
Shift: 7am-3pm

What's the Job?

  • Lead maintenance operations to support plant reliability and safety standards.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and support Maintenance Technicians, Machine Shop personnel, and maintenance staff to meet operational needs.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with plant and corporate management to drive operational excellence.
  • Review maintenance projects, priorities, and resource planning regularly with management.
  • Manage procurement of maintenance materials, tools, and parts required for repairs and maintenance activities.
