The role focuses on shop organization, material movement, basic preparation, and supporting production flow in a high‑precision environment. Essential FunctionsDaily roles include collaborating in a team-oriented environment with cross functional workers. Assist, as required, in the movement of materials or equipment within facilityClean up work areas from hazardous or obsolete materialHandle, gather, and transport materials and equipmentUse power tools and machinery as neededFollow and maintain all safety protocols and housekeeping requirementsGeneral cleaning in the machine departmentPrep and or set up necessary materials needed for machineAchieve quality and production goalsRegular, consistent, and punctual attendanceFollow OSHA safety guidelines, and ITAR compliance Other duties as assignedRequired Knowledge, Skills and CompetenciesAbility to work with and without supervisionPersonal effectiveness/credibilityClear and consistent communication with teamMultitaskingHigh School Diploma or recognized equivalentApply today and build your future with Visioneering.
