Then this temp-to-hire Shop Helper opportunity with an established precision manufacturing company could be a great fit for you!

This company specializes in custom machining, fabrication, and metal working services for a variety of industrial clients. They are looking for a reliable, hands-on individual who is willing to help wherever needed and support the daily operations of the machine shop.

This is a great opportunity to join a stable team, learn new skills, and grow within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Shop Helper Job Duties:
• Wash and clean parts as needed
• Assist with basic machine operation under the guidance of experienced machinists
• Help move and organize raw materials, finished products, and equipment
• Support machinists and technicians with general shop tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with shop cleanup, including bathrooms and common areas
• Follow safety procedures while working around machinery and equipment
• Provide general support to the manufacturing team as needed

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 6 am to 2:30pm

Shop Helper Requirements:
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely
• Comfortable working in a machine shop or industrial environment
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or shop experience preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
• Comfortable lifting, moving materials, and working around machinery
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
