Big things are happening at MotorWorld Body Shop! With new management, new equipment, and more work than ever before, we're expanding our team and looking for an Entry-Level Body Shop Helper who is ready to build a long-term career in the collision repair industry.

If you have some experience in a body shop, automotive shop, vocational program, or a related field-and you're eager to learn from experienced professionals-this is your opportunity to grow with a team that invests in your success.

SUMMARY:

As a Body Shop Helper you are responsible for assisting Body Shop Technicians in repairing damaged vehicle parts and bodies of vehicles in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards. You will learn different components of vehicle repair, including add-ons such as undercoating application. This involves preparing vehicles for body repair work as well as checking parts against estimates and ensuring proper parts are ordered and received.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Assist in vehicle tear down of damaged vehicles
- Assist with repair of damaged vehicles
- Coordinate with parts department to ensure proper parts are ordered and received
- Maintain organized and clean shop

QUALIFICATIONS:
- One year in a dealership or independent body shop
- Valid driver's license with less than 2 moving violations
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematic skills
