We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our 2nd shift team. This position is responsible for operating production machinery, conducting inspections, and following ISO and safety procedures to ensure quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, dependable, and comfortable working with precision measuring equipment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Operate screw machines and assist with broaching and other precision machining processes
  • Perform in-process inspection checks every hour using various gauges
  • Complete spot checks and detailed in-process inspection reports
  • Follow ISO-compliant quality procedures and support audit readiness
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Communicate any mechanical or process issues to shift leads or supervisors
  • Participate in cross-training and support other team members as needed
  • Lift up to 50 lbs as needed throughout shift
Compensation:

Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's experience, mechanical ability, and work history. Entry-level candidates start at $18-$23/hour, with higher pay negotiable based on skill.
