Job description

Kelly is hiring Machine Operators to work with a renowned global water technology and solutions company in Minnetonka, MN. If you have machine operation, maintenance, or similar technical experience, this is a great opportunity to build your skills and grow your career.


Shift & Pay

• 1st Shift: 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM | $23.00/hr
• 2nd Shift: 1:45 PM – 10:15 PM | $24.50/hr
• Training will take place on 1st shift


What You'll Do

• Set up, operate, and clean membrane production and coating equipment
• Pull thin plastic membrane material from production equipment
• Prepare and package finished membrane products
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and identify causes of malfunctions
• Make adjustments to help minimize scrap and maintain production
• Enter production information into databases, forms, logs, and SAP
• Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures


What We're Looking For

• At least 12 months of Machine Operator, Maintenance Technician, or similar technical experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, moving, and bending throughout the shift
• Willing and able to work with chemicals while using proper PPE, depending on assignment
• Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, ear protection, and safety shoes
• Reliable and safety-focused with strong attention to detail
