Machine Operators – Pomegranate Season 2026

Full Steam Staffing is NOW HIRING 1,000+ Seasonal Machine Operators in Del Rey, CA!

Join our team for Pomegranate Season 2026. We are hiring Machine Operators to operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment during the busy pomegranate season. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking for seasonal work, overtime, and competitive pay.


Job Details

Location: Del Rey, CA

Position: Machine Operator

Pay: $17.00–$19.00 per hour

Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift

Employment Type: Seasonal

Overtime: Required as needed

Weekends: Required

Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D


Job Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
  • Set up and adjust machines according to production requirements
  • Monitor equipment during operation to ensure proper performance
  • Inspect products to ensure they meet quality and production standards
  • Make basic adjustments to machinery as needed
  • Load materials and products into machinery
  • Monitor machine speeds, settings, and production output
  • Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors
  • Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
  • Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures
  • Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records as required
  • Meet daily production and quality goals
  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to maintain efficient production
  • Perform other machine operation and general production duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Previous machine operator, production, manufacturing, warehouse, or food processing experience is preferred but not required
  • Ability to learn and safely operate production machinery
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to identify quality issues and report problems promptly
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks
