Job Summary
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes. This role supports production goals by performing machine setup, conducting quality checks, troubleshooting issues, and carrying out basic maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Machine Operation: Operate and monitor machinery in accordance with established procedures to ensure efficient production.
  • Setup & Adjustment: Perform routine machine setup and make necessary adjustments for optimal performance.
  • Quality Control: Conduct in-process inspections to ensure products meet quality standards; report any defects or inconsistencies.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve minor mechanical or operational issues to minimize downtime.
