Let’s talk about the role
The CNC Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring Swiss SCNC Screw machines to manufacture precision titanium jewelry components. We are looking for a detail orientation person who can set up, run and inspect micro-precision parts with high quality standards.
**Qualified Candidates are eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $1000!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

•     Operate CNC screw machines to produce titanium jewelry components according to specifications.
•    Load raw titanium material into machines and ensure proper setup for production runs.
•    Monitor machine operation to ensure efficient performance and consistent product quality.
•    Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
•    Make minor offsets and adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy.
Qualifications
•    High school diploma or GED required.
•    1–3 years’ experience operating Swiss CNC screw machines preferred.
•    Experience working with titanium or precision metal components is preferred.
•    Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
•    Basic knowledge of CNC machining concepts and tooling.
•    Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
