Position: Vertical Form and Fill Machine Operator

Shift: AM

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and maintain vertical form and fill bagging machines
  • Ensure smooth product flow through the machine and make necessary adjustments
  • Load bags onto the feed conveyor and adjust guides to ensure proper placement
  • Check bag size and weight to meet production specifications
  • Monitor the machine for jams or malfunctions and take corrective action as needed
  • Maintain production logs and track equipment performance
  • Perform routine maintenance and clean machinery
  • Keep the work area organized, safe, and clean

Skills and Qualifications:
