Machine Operator / Shop Helper
Location: Hillsboro, OR
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00/hour
Schedule: Swing Shift - Monday-Thursday 2:00pm-12:30am, Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm (OT likely)

Are you looking to start or grow your career in manufacturing? We are seeking a Machine Operator / Shop Helper to support our Laser Team and assist with a variety of production processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and is eager to learn multiple areas of manufacturing.

What You'll Do as a Machine Operator / Shop Helper
  • Deburr, grind, sand, and clean manufactured metal parts
  • Operate and assist with saw equipment
  • Load and unload materials at laser, saw, and bending work centers
  • Perform basic quality inspections using work instructions, drawings, and measuring tools
  • Support machine operators with material handling, cleanup, and routine production activities
